Enticements Studio - Home Grown

Welcome to Enticements! In my first post I am giving you a sneak peak up-close and personal look at my home studio. When I first started fusing glass in my home, I was living in a one bedroom apartment. My boyfriend, Matt, and I shared his workbench, sometimes he was doing a project with wood and sometimes I worked with glass. Did I mention the bench was right next to my bed?? Ouch!!

Soon we upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and we were in heaven with our new studio space! Matt has one side of the room for his bench and woodworking tools and I set up my glass shop on the other side. I turned a large dresser from Ikea into my workbench, it works great because of the storage. We turned another shelf into my glass shelf, look how pretty and organized it is- ROYGBIV! And finally, my beautiful kiln...I love her! I'll take a picture of the next batch that comes out so you can see the inside.
